Target Programs

Target programs were designed for very specific needs and goals...Custom packages available, upon request.

Purify & Nourish


This 6-program is designed to examine your current eating behaviors and toxicity, purify your body and learn whole food eating strategies. 




The Purify & Nourish program will assist you in natural weight loss and relief from other symptoms related to toxicity from a diet full of processed and refined foods. It is also a whole foods education program that includes 6 educational modules, menu planning, grocery shopping lists and how to transition your kitchen into a Foundations kitchen!  A whole food purification is recommended twice per year. 


This program can be done as an individual, partner or group package (call or email for current group session dates).  It is also available as a distance program for those who do not live in the immediate area.

Over 6 weeks, you will experience a 3-week whole food detoxification followed by a 3-week transition diet. The program focuses on both eating strategies and lifestyle change to create a diet you can comfortably sustain.  Whole food purification supplements are included.


The Healthy Weigh


Throw out those diet books, calorie-counters and packaged food programs...You will never see weight loss the same again!  In 8-weeks we address all factors that effect weight loss leaving you with a real understanding of how the body most effectively loses and maintains a healthy weight.   




This program can be done as an individual or partner package.  

An integrated approach including 8-16 personal training sessions, personal coaching, stress, emotion and sleep management, whole food purification, food sensitivity testing and eating strategies based on quality vs. quantity.  Whole food purification supplements included.

Personal Best

The 8-week Personal Best program is for those of you with specific conditioning or sports specific goals. Are you preparing for a marathon or other event?  Do you want to improve your current hobby or sport?  Then the Personal Best program is for you!


Specific goals will be set for the program and each week you will be challenged to work both with your Foundations trainer, and on your own, to achieve your personal best in the specific area. May be repeated for as long as your training period requires.

This program can be done as an individual or partner package. 

Your 8-week program will include either 8 or 16 personal training sessions, 2 deep tissue or thai massages, between-session routines and specific educational materials to better understand how to condition for your sport or hobby.

The Stress Reliever

Give yourself 4 weeks to focus on learning behaviors and enjoying services that would significantly reduce your current stress level...and find out how much better life can be!  Stress is one of the leading causes of dis-ease and taking the time to learn proper management can significantly improve your health and well being.


Your 4-week program includes 2 hot stone massages with myofascial release, 4 personal coaching sessions which include a stress point evaluation, daily journal and behavior modification exercises to address the stressors and stress responses.  Calming foods, simple breathing exercises and yoga postures are introduced.

A New Vision


Do you feel stuck in one or more areas of your life?  Take 8-weeks of concentrated time to move yourself from point A to point B in an area of your life. Work, relationships, hobby, health, school or any other area that you crave change in some way.  Work closely with a certified life coach on proactive emotional and tactical action plans that are in your reach but hard to achieve on your own. 8 personal coaching sessions and exercises are included. With a unique, integrative perspective on models for change, you will feel inspired and in control!

This program  is also available as a distance program for those who do not live in the immediate area.
