The signature Foundations program (known as the Total Wellness Boot Camp) is a fully integrated approach to create significant gains in your health, fitness level and overall well-being. This program packs in a lot of support and services over 90-days to create consistency so that the body can adapt and manifest long term change. We use all service modalities to support you in this program.
A 3- Phase Approach:
Purify: Your first 30-days is dedicated to understanding your current state of health, behaviors and personal challenges . We also take you through a gentle purification program to “clear the path,” both physically and emotionally, in order to move you forward. This stage can be the most challenging for some but essential to receive the maximum benefits from the program. Enjoy the time you need detoxify the old to start building the new.
Strengthen: During second 30-days we focus on starting new routines in order to strengthen all of the Six Pillars with new behaviors. Your services will be slightly more intensive and weekly action plans will focus on creating new patterns that can realistically fit into your current lifestyle.
Renew: The last 30-days continues to support the newly formed behaviors but turns attention to maintenance. The goal is for your personal routine to be one you can continue beyond the 90-day program and there is an emphasis on long-term compliance. Past obstacles are re-addressed so that if they arise you feel comfortable overcoming them without sabotaging the work you have already done. Medical and complementary care providers may be recommended to support your ongoing needs.
